The Devin Haney next fight has been officially confirmed as the former two-weight world champion bids to win a world title in a third division with WBO World Welterweight Title challenge against Brian Norman Jr.
Haney’s next fight is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in November.
Devin Haney Next Fight: ‘The Dream’ Faces Brian Norman Jr For WBO World Welterweight Title
Devin Haney is one of the biggest names in world boxing today. ‘The Dream’ is of course a two-weight world champion, as well as being one of the most skilful boxers in the world right now.
The American last fought in May on the inaugural Ring Magazine card in Times Square, with his next fight now being his second at 147-pounds.
‘The Dream’ did lose two fights ago against bitter rival Ryan Garcia, but that fight has since been overturned to a ‘No Contest’ due to Garcia failing a performance enhancing drugs test. This means that Devin Haney’s record is still an undefeated 32-0 (1NC) with 15 KO’s.
The American has won world honours in not one but two different weight classes, having also been in the undisputed champion at lightweight before then becoming world champion up at super-lightweight too.
In regards to the Devin Haney next fight, it has been confirmed that the 26-year-old will face the undefeated WBO World Welterweight Title holder Brian Norman Jr in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in November.
The bout is scheduled to be the co-main event alongside Anthony Yarde’s next fight against the unbeaten animal that is David Benavidez. His Excellency Turki Alalshikh has certainly put together a bumper card already, which also includes Abdullah Mason vs Sam Noakes for the vacant WBO World Lightweight Title.
Going into the contest, the best UK boxing betting sites are finding it hard to split ‘The Dream’ and Norman Jr. Haney did win his last fight against Jose Ramirez, but was very gun-shy and ran a lot. The champion on the other hand is looking better and more destructive every fight.
Devin Haney’s next fight is now just around the corner as he challenges Brian Norman Jr for the WBO World Welterweight Title this November.
Brian Norman and Devin Haney will meet for the WBO welterweight title in November in Riyadh, Turki Alalshikh announced.

Will Devin Haney Rematch Ryan Garcia Next After Norman Jr Clash?
Although there is no guarantee that Devin Haney’s next fight will end in triumph, boxing fans are also talking about other potential fights moving forward.
Although several names have been mentioned for ‘The Dream’, there is only one fight everyone wants to see. That is of the course the Ryan Garcia rematch.
Given how their first fight went and what has happened since regarding Garcia’s positive PED test, a rematch between the pair has gotten even bigger. Garcia vs Haney 2 could perhaps be one of the biggest fights in world boxing. Period.
Ryan Garcia’s next fight will of course have to go his way first, following his defeat to Rolly Romero on the Times Square card in New York City last time out.
If both Haney and Garcia win their respective next fights, then a rematch clash at some stage in 2026 looks highly likely. Garcia will have to add another big name to his résumé first, or else the rematch will lose it’s appeal for good.
His Excellency Turki Alalshikh seems keen to stage the fight, and it doesn’t seem like anything could stop the fight from happening. That is unless either man loses their next fight, which the best UK betting sites aren’t expecting them to do.
If Devin Haney’s next fight after Brian Norman Jr is indeed the Ryan Garcia rematch, the best new betting sites will likely list it as a 50/50. This comes as no surprise given how their first fight went, with Haney hitting the canvas three times but perhaps bouncing back with a big win against Norman Jr.
