This week sees the Procore Championship take centre-stage on PGA Tour with 10 of Team USA’s Ryder Cup stars in action at Silverado Country Club.
The only two American Ryder Cup selections not in action are LIV Golf’s Bryson DeChambeau and two-time major champion Xander Schauffele.
SportsCasting are on hand to provide both outright and each-way betting tips as well as in-depth analysis, predictions, a preview and the latest odds.
Procore Championship Betting Tips
Our golf tips for the last few PGA Tour events of the season before the FedEx Cup concluded yielded a few winners.
We had successful each way selections at the FedEx St Jude Championship with both JJ Spaun (50/1) and Akshay Bhatia (80/1) coming inside the top 10.
Add to that our Tour Championship betting tips that saw our outright selection of Tommy Fleetwood (12/1) claim victory at East Lake to win the 2025 FedEx Cup and his first tournament on US soil.
This week, we are back with a further three selections for the Procore Championship on the PGA Tour. We have once again selected one outright betting tip and two each-way selections. They are as follows:
- Sam Burns WIN @ 18/1
- Harris English E/W @ 25/1
- Max Homa E/W @ 45/1
Procore Championship Predictions
Sam Burns to Win @ 18/1
Sam Burns is amongst the top 10 favourites at odds of 18/1 with golf betting sites this week, and here at SportsCasting we feel he has every chance of winning a sixth PGA tour event come Sunday.
Burns hasn’t won since his emphatic victory at the 2023 WGC Match Play, which was around 30 months ago now. That being said, he has been showing signs of his best golf of late, which could lead to a win this week in Napa.
The Team USA Ryder Cup representative finished T7 at the FedEx Cup finale Tour Championship, which included a strong final round of -4 par. A week prior to that the BMW Championship, the 29-year-old finished T4 just five shots off eventual winner Scottie Scheffler.
Burns also led the US Open after three rounds back in June at Oakmont, but had a disastrous Sunday that he has put well and truly behind him. However, being in the lead after 54 holes in a major shows you have what it takes to win big golf tournaments.
He will also be looking to make a statement ahead of the Ryder Cup in just two weeks time, looking to head to Bethpage with the wind in his sails to help Team USA and captain Keegan Bradley win back the trophy.
Here at SportsCasting, we believe the five-time PGA Tour winner could triumph at the Procore Championship. At odds of 18/1, Burns is our outright pick to win this week.
Harris English Each-Way @ 25/1
In terms of an each-way selection, the ever consistent Harris English is another player that really appeals this week at the Procore Championship.
The American is also set to feature at the Ryder Cup in a fortnight, and comes to Silverado Country Club this week following a strong season on the PGA Tour.
English’s only win this season came back in January at the Farmers Insurance Open, but he had numerous strong finishes in major championships throughout 2025.
The 36-year-old finished in solo second at The Open at Royal Portrush back in July, as well as finished tied for second at the PGA Championship back in May.
If it wasn’t for Scottie Scheffler, who made history in Round 1 of the Tour Championship, winning those two majors, English could have had two of his own this year alone.
He was a regular in the Top 20 of the vast majority of PGA Tour events this year, showing just how consistent a player he is and how capable he is of shooting low numbers in the biggest tournaments week in, week out.
On his day, English is capable of beating anybody. At odds of 25/1, he certainly appeals as an each-way selection to finish inside the top 10 this week in California.
Max Homa Each-Way @ 45/1
Although Max Homa has had a year or two to forget on the golf course, the Procore Championship is a tournament he certainly has fond memories of.
The American, who missed out on selection for Team USA at the Ryder Cup this year despite a strong showing two years ago in Rome, has won this event on two previous occasions.
In fact, Homa went back-to-back at the Procore (formerly Fortinet Championship) in 2021 and 2022. Silverado Country Club is evidently a golf course that suits his eye, so he could be a great shout as an each-way pick at 45/1 odds.
Homa has had a relatively poor season, but did finish T5 at the John Deere Classic in July as well as finishing T12 at the Masters back in April at Augusta. Besides these two events, the 34-year-old has really struggled with his game this season.
However, on his day he is capable of big things and we know he likes this tournament. Although he mightn’t win this week, Max Homa presents great each-way value at 45/1 odds to finish inside the top 10.
Procore Championship Preview
Although the BMW PGA Championship prize money may be slightly more appealing this week over on the DP World Tour, 10 of Team USA’s 12 Ryder Cup stars are in action at the Procore Championship.
This includes the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and JJ Spaun to name but a few. The only two American Ryder Cup representatives not in action at the Procore this week are Bryson DeChambeau and Xander Schauffele.
Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley will be keen for his players to find their best form and keep their eye in just two weeks away from the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage.
If USA are to win the Ryder Cup, they will have to rely on their big guns performing. Two years ago in Rome this simply didn’t happen, with Europe destroying the Americans in Italy.
Bradley is desperate for his side to turn it around this year, hence why he has insisted on the majority of his team playing this week at the Procore Championship.
The field this week at the Procore is probably the best it has ever been, which is solely down to the timing and schedule ahead of the coveted Ryder Cup. That makes for a compelling event this week in California, with some of the world’s best golfers teeing it up.
So, who will reign supreme at Silverado Country Club this week and claim victory at the 2025 Procore Championship come Sunday after 72 holes?

Procore Championship Odds
World number one Scottie Scheffler is the outright betting favourite to win the Procore Championship for the very first time this week in California.
He is priced as short as 21/10 to claim victory this week on the PGA Tour, which would be his sixth win of the season if he were to do so. This of course includes two major championships back in May and June respectively.
There is quite a gap in bookmakers odds to Russell Henley (14/1), who is the second favourite. In fact, the top nine players in terms of odds are all set to represent Team USA at the Ryder Cup in a fortnight at Bethpage in New York.
The only other American Ryder Cup star in action is Harris English, who is priced just outside the top 10 favourites at 25/1. Maverick McNealy makes up the top 10 betting favourites this week.
