Arsenal Eyes Win As Postecoglou Begins Forest Spell
Mikel Arteta is in an awkward situation at Arsenal. The Gunners have undoubtedly improved under him, but their Premier League dream remains unfulfilled. After finishing second for three consecutive seasons, the pressure is building on Arteta to deliver the trophy. And with Liverpool at the top of their game, there is no room for error.
The top two title favourites met at Anfield Stadium before the international break. Dominik Szoboszlai scored the winning goal for Liverpool in the 83rd minute, leaving Arsenal with their first defeat of the season. The north London club won their first two fixtures of the Premier League season, beating Manchester United (1-0) and Leeds United (5-0).

Nottingham Forest, who benefited the most as Crystal Palace lost their Europa League appeal, have had an interesting few weeks. They started the campaign with a 3-1 win over Brentford, drew 1-1 with Palace on Matchday 2, and lost 3-0 at home to West Ham United. The last defeat cost Nuno Espirito Santo his job.
Ange Postecoglou, who took Tottenham Hotspur to Europa League glory last season, has replaced him. The Australian has vowed to take Nottingham back to their “rightful place”, but it certainly will not be a walk in the park. He begins his tenure with a clash away at Arsenal, and it will take something special to beat Arteta’s boys in their own backyard.

Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest Betting Odds β Main Markets
Nottingham Forest are starting a new chapter with Ange Postecoglou. The former Tottenham Hotspur manager earned praise for entertaining fans, but Spurs conceded too many goals (65 in 38 games). They finished the season in 17th place, costing Postecoglou his job.
The Aussie manager is starting a new chapter at Nottingham Forest. It may take him a few weeks to organise the squad and make them play to his liking. As a result, the bookmakers do not think they will be able to get anything back from their trip to London. Arsenal are 2/5 to win the Premier League match, while Nottingham Forest are priced at 8/1.

Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest Prediction and Best Bet
Arsenal will be eager to return to winning ways after the defeat against Liverpool on Matchday 3. Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka remain sidelined, but between Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze, they have enough ammunition to hurt Nottingham Forest.
As for Forest, they could be rejuvenated by the famous new-manager boost, but we do not see them winning this one. They could, however, spoil Arsenal’s clean sheet.
Our prediction: Arsenal 3-1 Nottingham Forest
Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest Best Bet
Bookies are not confident Nottingham Forest will be able to score against Arsenal. But with Ange Postecoglou at the helm, we do not think Arsenal will be able to escape with a clean sheet.
Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest best bet: Arsenal to win and both teams to score @9/4
