Darts superstar Luke Littler has teamed up with EA Sports as an official Xbox partner for the new EAFC26 game.
Yesterday fans were worried that Littler had retired with his cryptic social media video, but any retirement talk has been quashed.
Luke Litter Confirmed As Xbox Partner For EAFC26
EA Sports have today launched their latest video game, with EAFC26 Ultimate Edition now officially released.
Formerly called FIFA, EAFC is one of the most popular video games for gamers all around the world. It is the most popular football game available to play, with millions of people worldwide taking part on PlayStation, Xbox and other consoles.
One man who will most definitely be spending hours playing the latest EAFC26 game is reigning World Darts Champion Luke Littler.
The 18-year-old has revealed on numerous occasions that he is an avid gamer, particularly playing EAFC. This includes Ultimate Team, which is is said to play on a regular basis.
Littler remains the most in-form darts player in the world, hence why UK betting apps regularly list him as their pre-tournament favourite. However, Littler has revealed that his true love isn’t darts, but is actually gaming.
‘The Nuke’ has been the talk of the darting world ever since his emergence at the 2025 World Darts Championship, where he made it to the final before losing out to world number one Luke Humphries.
Since then Littler’s darts have gone from strength to strength, but it’s his gaming that he is more interested in. One of Littler’s main sponsors on his darts shirt is Xbox, with ‘The Nuke’ no becoming an official Xbox partner for the new EAFC26 video game.
The 18-year-old took to social media to confirm his latest announcement. Littler’s social media post is a hilarious video (see below) which promotes the new EAFC26 game, which is now available to play on Xbox.

Luke Littler Retirement Rumours Quashed With EAFC26 Xbox Partnership
Luke Littler’s net worth has surpassed £6m now, all thanks to darts. However, some fans thought the 18-year-old was officially retiring from the sport with his social media post on Thursday, September 18.
‘The Nuke’ took to social media with a video where he hinted at retirement. This sent darts fans into a frenzy, with some even believing Littler was done with darts once and for all:
“I just want to say thanks to all my fans. The support over the last two years has been phenomenal. It will shock some people that I’m taking a step back. It’s not been an easy decision, but now I want to focus and do something that I really, really love,” said Littler in yesterday’s video.
With retirement heavily hinted at, some fans were worried the 18-year-old was actually done with darts. However, those rumours have been firmly quashed with Littler’s EAFC26 announcement today.

Although it seemed Littler was hinting at retirement, it was actually a cryptic video to get fans talking. Instead, ‘The Nuke’ has been confirmed as an official Xbox partner for the new EAFC26 game, released on Ultimate Edition on Friday, September 19.
As a keen gamer, Littler will undoubtedly be spending a lot of time away from the oche in the coming weeks, playing as much EAFC26 as he possibly can.
Of course, Littler will continue to play in the biggest and best darts tournaments worldwide, but may well have one eye on his Ultimate Team too.
As the single most popular darts player in the world, Luke Littler will undoubtedly continue to light up the oche as well as playing hours of EAFC26 on Xbox too.
