Manchester United Join Yan Diomande Race
RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande is drawing interest from Manchester United.
The Red Devils have identified the impressive 19-year-old as a potential transfer target if they are unable to land in-demand Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo this winter.
Ruben Amorim’s side currently top the Antoine Semenyo next club odds market, however they reportedly face stiff competition from Manchester City for the Ghana international.
Should they fail to sign Semenyo, they likely won’t move for Diomande until the summer.
Leipzig value the highly sought-after youngster at around £87m, according to talkSPORT.
Alongside United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal are all said to have sent scouts to watch the Ivorian, with Real Madrid, Bayern, Atletico, Barcelona and PSG also monitoring.
Liverpool see Diomande as a potential Mohamed Salah replacement amid uncertainty over his future. The Egyptian is being heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabia this January.
Darryl Bakola Drawing Premier League Interest
Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on Marseille midfielder Darryl Bakola.
That’s according to Footmercato, who report that Newcastle, Stuttgart and Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring the 18-year-old’s development in the French top-flight.
Marseille want to keep Bakola and have offered him a contract extension, but should he turn it down, there’s every chance they may decide to cash in on the youngster this winter.
His current deal is set to expire at the end of the 2026-27 campaign.
Bayern Munich Monitoring Young Wales Defender
Cardiff City and Wales youngster Dylan Lawlor is being monitored by Bayern Munich.
According to talkSPORT, Dragons boss Craig Bellamy has recommended the 19-year-old to Bavarians coach Vincent Kompany, whom he worked alongside at Anderlecht and Burnley.
Lawlor has become an integral part of the Bluebirds’ back line in League One this term, while he has also become a regular for Wales ahead of March’s World Cup qualifying play-offs.
His impressive performances have reportedly drawn interest from several elite European sides, with Premier League scouts flocking to the Welsh capital to catch a glimpse of the talent.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle are among the sides interested.
His current deal runs until the summer of 2028, handing Cardiff a strong negotiating position.
