Chris Coleman could make a surprise return to English football with both Blackburn Rovers and Leicester City linked.
The Welshman hasn’t managed in the UK since leaving Sunderland in 2018 after less than a year in charge.
Since then, his career in the dugout has taken him to China, Greece, Cyprus and Belgium.
His last spell was with Greek side Asteras Tripolis last month, but his tenure was brief, having left his role following three wins in 13 matches.

The 55-year-old is now the current 4/1 favourite to become the next Blackburn Rovers manager, coming in from 9/1.
The Championship strugglers are on the hunt for a new manager after sacking Valerien Ismael following a dismal run of form.
Their relegation concerns were eased on Tuesday with a narrow 1-0 victory over rock-bottom Sheffield Wednesday, which lifted them out of the bottom three at the expense of West Brom.
Before that, they had picked up no victories in their last nine amid growing unrest from supporters against their owners.
Blackburn are eyeing a manager with experience and the know-how of Championship football to help their quest to avoid the drop.
Coleman failed to keep Sunderland in the Championship during his five-month stint in the dugout, although he was hamstrung by financial constraints during the winter transfer window.
He also managed Coventry in 2008 but was eventually axed after a 19th-place finish in the 2009/10 campaign, which was their lowest in 45 years.
Blackburn have also been linked with former West Ham boss Slaven Bilic, while Mark Hughes could also make a sensational return to Ewood Park.
Coleman At Leicester?
Coleman has also seen his odds shorten from 16/1 to 8/1 to become the next Leicester City manager.
The Foxes are still in the market for a new man to take charge after sacking Marti Cifuentes last month, following six underwhelming months at the helm.
There are just three names ahead of Coleman in the betting, including current caretaker boss Andy King, Russell Martin and the highly optimistic return of Enzo Maresca.
Any move for Coleman does appear unlikely, particularly given his disappointing spell at Belgian side OH Leuven.
OH Leuven are the sister club of Leicester, and both are owned by current chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha.
Coleman was given the opportunity in Belgium in December 2024, and his reign lasted six months before he was dismissed, having won seven out of 26 games in charge.
