Football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, along with several other news outlets, has confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain have reached full agreement over the transfer of Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
The 23-year-old is reportedly set to join the 12-time French champions on a five-year deal, with the 2022/23 Serie A champions expected to land a transfer fee in excess of €70 million.

Kvaratskhelia, who had also been linked with Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona, will arrive in Paris for his medical this week, where he will put pen to paper on a deal worth a reported €9 million per season, plus bonuses.
Napoli boss Antonio Conte confirmed that the Georgia international had submitted a formal request to be sold in the January transfer window last week, and after two and a half years in Naples, his exit is now all but confirmed.
Les Parisiens have long been linked with a move for Kvaratskhelia, having tried to sign him in the summer as a replacement for outgoing star forward Kylian Mbappe, however a move failed to materialise.
PSG are next in action on Wednesday night, as they take on fifth-tier minnows FC Espaly in the last 32 of the Coupe de France, but that match will likely come too early for Kvaratskhelia to make his debut. He could make his maiden appearance three days later though, as the Ligue 1 leaders take on Lens at Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
Luis Enrique’s side, currently seven points clear at the top of the table, are heavily favoured to retain their league title by the best football betting sites, and the arrival of Kvaratskhelia will only boost the likelihood of that feat being achieved.
