When Is UFC 313? Alex Pereira vs Magomedov Ankalaev Headlines On March 8th

The next UFC pay-per-view event is just around the corner as Alex Pereira vs Magomed Ankalaev headlines UFC 313 this Saturday, March 8 at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Not only does this compelling UFC Light-Heavyweight Title contest headline UFC 313, but there are several other 50/50 fights on the bill prior to the big one in the main event.

Alex Pereira is of course the reigning UFC Light-Heavyweight Champion, having made three successful defences since winning the belt back in 2023. Now he aims to defend his 205-pound crown against the #1 contender in Magomed Ankalaev.

Alex Pereira’s next fight against the Dagestani fighter could arguably be his toughest title defence yet. He has of course beaten former champions Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill already, but Ankalaev provides a whole new test for the king of the 205-pound division.

UFC President Dana White is serving up a treat for fans with the third pay-per-view event of 2025. What a treat UFC fans are in for as one of the biggest stars and pound-for-pound MMA greats tops the bill at the T-Mobile Arena this weekend!

Justin Gaethje vs Rafael Fiziev Rematch Features In UFC 313 Co-Main Event

Although Alex Pereira vs Magomed Ankalaev is headlining UFC 313 for the UFC Light-Heavyweight Title, the co-main event is a quite remarkable fight too in itself. Justin Gaethje faces former for Rafael Fiziev for the second time, with Fiziev stepping in on late notice to replace the injured Dan Hooker.

First time around it was ‘The Highlight’ who got his hand raised, beating Fiziev via decision at UFC 286 back in march 2023. He is once again expected to win this weekend, with the best UFC betting sites in the UK making him a fairly overriding favourite.

This is a cracking fight in the co-main event at UFC 313, and is arguably a main event in itself on another UFC Fight Night show. Several other big names feature on the UFC 313 card, including the likes of Curtis Blaydes, Jalin Turner, Bobby Green, Amanda Lemos and Joshua Van to name but a few.

What a card we have on our hands at UFC 313 on Saturday, March 8 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada! Check out the full card below.
