The youth movement on the PGA Tour has been impressive to watch over the last few years. Eight of the top 10 players in the current Official World Golf Ranking are under the age of 30, and Collin Morikawa isn’t even included in that group. Morikawa already has five PGA Tour wins and two major championships under his belt at just 25 years of age, and he has the talent to reach the No. 1 ranking in the world as soon as this year.

The star golfer has also racked up an impressive amount in career earnings through just three full-time seasons on the PGA Tour. So, how much money has Collin Morikawa earned on the PGA Tour, and what is his net worth?

Collin Morikawa is about to cross the $20 million mark in career earnings

Morikawa has only been on the PGA Tour as a full-time member for three seasons, but he’s already racked up $19.1 million in on-course earnings. The California product currently holds a six-stroke lead entering the final round of the Sentry Tournament of Champions, which will give out a $2.7 million prize to the winner, so it’s safe to say he’ll pass the $20 million mark in career earnings this week.

If Morikawa can hold on, it’ll mark the sixth win of his young PGA Tour career. The talented golfer went winless last year in 19 starts, but he won two events in each of the previous two seasons.

In 2020, Morikawa won his first major championship with a splendid performance at the PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park. He added to that total the following season with an impressive win at the Open Championship at Royal St. George’s.

Morikawa is currently ranked No. 11 in the OWGR, but it wouldn’t be surprising if he flirted with the No. 1 spot later this season. This kid has a bright, bright future ahead of him.

Morikawa already ranks inside the top 90 on the list of the highest-earning golfers in PGA Tour history, and this is only the fourth full-time season of his career. The five-time winner should eventually have a chance to surpass $100 million in career earnings thanks to the increased purses on the PGA Tour.

At the young age of 25, Collin Morikawa’s net worth is already up to $6 million, per Celebrity Net Worth in 2023. That number is only going to grow in the coming years when more wins and more millions come his way.
